About

Lane Brugman founded Apex Futures LLC in 2020 to pursue his passions for entrepreneurship, design, construction, and development. Lane graduated Colorado State University’s prestigious construction management program in 2014. He then worked for Mortenson Construction on landmark, highly complex commercial construction projects: DEN Westin & Transit Center, Canvas Stadium, and the Mission Ballroom. He also worked for a plumbing and piping contractor as a project manager and director of BIM and prefabrication.

Through these projects, he learned to build strong teams - the main requirement for delivering high-quality construction assemblies under intense schedule pressure. The creative brain, however, was fallowing in unemployment.

Looking for better balance between design and construction, Lane founded Apex Futures LLC in 2020, just in time for the global pandemic. Faced with many challenges, Lane stubbornly kept pushing and initiated many of the projects you find in the Portfolio Section.

At the heart of the business is Lane's desire to use his passion, creativity, and expertise to help clients increase their positive benefits and reduce their negative impact.

The copy of this website has been written with the 'royal' we, as Apex Futures LLC is currently a one person company - with aspirations to increase in size once workload demands it.
